Sunrise at Copernicus

These two images represents Copernicus in different light. They have been taken about 26 hours from each other (see the previous entry). The upper one on 12.01.2003 17:15 UT and lower on 13.01.2003 19:50 UT. Note how the appearance of the surface features changes. Must have been a beautiful sunrise at the walls of Copernicus!
