Venus Transit

This image is a closer look at Venus transiting the sun. The round disk is clearly visible. This was a beautiful event, too bad clouds ruined the session. I'd liked to try catching the atmosphere of Venus during its entrance over the solar disk. Stay tuned until the 2012 replay, hope I'll be doing H-alpha then.
