Finally at least some results. I've been out some nights and only capturing bad data. There was something wrong with RAW mode, so I switched to Optimized Non-RAW mode, which seems to give fairly good results. I also forgot to select AVI from Qastrocam and ended up with a bunch of FITS files, which has limited functionally in Registax (not as much frames as AVI, no resampling, unequal stretching between frames). I won't make that mistake anymore, since I compiled a customized Qastrocam to initially select AVI as an output format and to press that Factory Defaults button for me. Ain't Open Source something! Anyway as these problems weren't enough, I've never seen such a bad seeing I had with this image. However, it was a good field test for my new IR pass filter from Baader. Seeing really is better in Infrared and I really got something out from the sequence!
